Reservation Policy
Deposits - A $200 deposit reserves your cabin.
Cancellations - Deposits may be refunded when the cabin is rebooked during your reservation time, minus $50 administration fee. Cancellations 30 days or less of reservation will not be refunded.
Guests are financially responsible for confirmed reservations on all cabin/boat/pontoon reservations.
Extra person fee = $40 per person/night or $155 per person/week
Day Visitors must check in at the lodge. Day fee = $10
Pay by Cash, Check, Visa, or MasterCard (There is a 2.6% surcharge for credit card payments in person, via phone surcharge is 3.7%.) Returned checks will have a $50 fee applied.
Departure - All guests are responsible for departure cleaning. Please ensure your cabin is clean prior to leaving. Cleaning policy posted in each cabin, dirty cabins will be subject to cleaning fee starting at $125.
Check-in: after 3:00 pm (no early arrivals) arriving after 5 pm, please call. No arrivals after 8 pm allowed.
Check-out: before 9:00 am (no late departures)
Pet Policy - Dogs Only
Daily $30.00 Weekly $185.00 / per pet
Any pet not listed when making reservations will be charged an extra fee of $300.
Our policy - Dogs checked in are checked in to your specific cabin only during your stay. If your dog enters another cabin during your stay (family / friends cabin), that cabin will have a dog fee applied to their stay.
All dogs must be on a leash and you must clean up after them.
Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the cabin or porch. No dogs allowed on furniture or beds. Any damage done to the inside or outside you will be held liable. These policies are here to provide respect/comfort for all guests. The fees help cover the cost of extra cleaning and for incoming guests who may suffer from dog allergies. No cats please.
